Possible side effects
- A temporary stinging sensation and/or local irritation has been reported with the use of Otinova®
- Long-term use or overdosing may result in salt preciptations in the ear canal and dehydration of the localised area.

- Not to be used by children younger than 5 years of age unbless recommended by a doctor
- After a perforated ear drum
- After insertion of tubes or ‘grommets’
